I am wondering why yall come to this website to find someone to date, why don't you get a life and find an actual person to love,not a person you've probly never seen or actually talked to. Why do you do it? I really wanna know why you don't get a real relationship and not a fake relationship with someone you don't even know they're telling the truth on who they really are! If you have a good answer please tell me.

I know exactly what you are talking about!!!! I dont do it, I think it is pointless!! I would much rather feel a face to face connection with someone....rather that staring at my computer screen!!!!!!!!

Some people have very little time and resources to socialise and meet people and thus choose the internet as an option. I spend 210 days a year on an oil rig surrouded by about 100 men. My time to socialise and meet people the 'normal' way is very limited.
Others I am sure have had little luck out there and turn here. It is actually very refreshing, to meet someone and get to know them without the biases of what the look like. I have spoken to and befriended some handicap persons, when had I seen them first I would have looked the other way and probably have never gotten to know what wonderfull people they are.
Of course there are those who cannot get over the physical. I have chatted with many people who simply end the chat when they learn I am not white.
The world has become so small because of all this technology and I for one am happy to see so many people reaching out and developing relationships with persons regardless of ethnicity and nationality.

I found this website to find out what other people think about how the "dating game" is played. I am not looking for a relationship from here. (Call me old fashioned but I prefer to meet someone and start the chase.)
Since I am studying to be a psycholigist I prefer to do research here in the website instead of reading some stuffy book on Freud.

i am just bored at work & like to laugh at peoples questions but mostly the answers they receive...I don't think this is even a site to meet people to date. I also think that some people may really need some advise & not be judged for their questions.
