Yes- it's because everything inside is speeding up. Your heart rate, your pulse.. you have so many things on your mind it's natural to get a buzz-like feeling when you're stressed. There's a lot of medication out there for stress though, like Zoloft and Paxil. If your stress is to that point, then you need medication- it honestly does make everything a million times easier. Talk to your doc, and he'll hook ya up. Good luck!

The problem may be that when you get stressed, your blood pressure goes beyond normal. I suggest you go to a doctor, to see if you have high blood pressure, or it just happens when you are stressed, It's a silent killer, so check it out!

when you get stressed out it is a fact that stress somehow kills the b vitamins. in your blood stream the b vits make your t cells healthier, take a good 100 mg b vitamin complex.daily. OK?
