Well you could say to her " _____, Will you go out with me?" but do it somewhere romantic. Or, if your looking for a more romantic aproach you could say "_______, i have strong fellings for you... will you go out with me?" or instead of will you go out with me you could substitute in "will/would you be my girlfriend:" Good luck and I hope you two are happy!

Being friends is great... it means you actually have a foundation to build off of. Now, just start dropping hints that you like her as more. Ask her over sometime, and when the moment is right, start talking about it. Just say "_____ (Name) You're awesome. Have you ever thought about being more than friends?" Then go from there. If she seems positive about taking it farther, then ask the question "well do you want to go out with me?" Good luck!

Grow some balls and tell her you want to take her out on a "Date". Emphisize "Date". If you show her you are man enough to take control and tell her what you want, your chances are much better. If you take the weasel role and just ask will you be my girlfriend, she will be thinking why would I date a guy that can't take charge.
A friend of mine is 36 now and wants to date and be married, but she sits around and waits for the "man" to step up and make a bold move to her. She is an olympic gold and silver medalist and a powerful stock reporter. She is intimidating and beautiful. She is going to wait a long time because guy are cowards.
Step up you will show her you are man enough to be her man.

Never give a girl a choice and never ask a girl a question.
In my experiences, I have never gotten to home plate by "asking for it." Everytime I "won the prize" I just took it.
Girls like it when you take it, but you better be damned sure she won't resist yah or else you'll be in trouble.

u could say i know u and me have been friends 4 a long time and i was just wondering if u would like to take it to the next level w/ me? ask straight forward or ask her in a note. but if i were u i would ask her straight forward

You can always tell her that lately you have been thinking that you would like to be more then friends and was wondering what she feels about that and if she doesn't want to then let her know that you two can be friends still.

"hey (her name) will you go out with me?"
or
"hey wht would you say if i was to ask you out?"
