im 26 i think im ready to have sex but i dont have birth control and im scared to get a pep smear

Don't be scare, they just out a big q-tip and get a swab, that is all. You just have to wait a few days for the result, and then you have your prescription for birth control. Better protected than pregnant, also have the man wear a condom, for other sexually transmitted deceases. go ahead and go take care of this first.

its ok too be scared. but you need to get it done, just so you know you don't have anything wrong with you. Its really not as bad as you think it is. Tell your doctor you are scared and to take it easy on you. Its just something we women have to go threw. To me if your ready to have sex then you should be ready for a pap smear.

make the man use condoms, and dont allow him to talk you out of it, however a pap smear is not painful or hard to deal with. and birth control pills help you be sure you wont have a baby,

Why are you scared of pap smear? it is not painful. Just talk to your doctor.
