I shave and it only hurts when you cut yourself. the only thing though is sometimes you can get ingrown hair and it itches like hell when the hair grows back. but waxing hurts a hell of a lot but it lasts longer. or you can use something like veet or nair hair removal but for me I had to leave it on longer cause I have very thick long hair. oh if you do shave lil known secret your supose to shave lateral not up and down thats how you cut yourself

I shave my bikini line and keep it trimmed. It does not hurt but make sure you shave down or else you'll get red bumps.

i think if you are going to do anything you should use wax it might hurt more but that only last for a few min. and it last a lot longer..
