i just turned 21 yesterday, and i have been wondering for many years about my father who left my mom and i when i was 2 years old with out really any explanation. i don't necessarly want to confront him face to face (i wouldn't even know where to begin with a conversation with him) but i am naturally curious on his where abouts and what he has been doing since 1987. my mom has no idea where he is, and the last she heard was that he had moved out of state. i have been looking online and all the people searches cost money (which i don't have much of at the moment, im a poor college student)...so if there is a way to search with out paying money that would be nice too. thanks!

see if your mom has any documentation with his social security number on it, then track with a credit report against that social

by applying for credit using his name and social, will entitle you to a free copy of his credit report ... go to a very high priced car dealership and apply for credit against their top model
