Guys act different when they are with other boys.

The best thing to do is find a time that he is not with other boys to talk with him.

Don't walk up to him if he is with other boys and ask if you can talk to him. DO NOT DO THAT.

Just find times that he is by himself and there are no other boys around. Best is no other boys can see you talking to him.

The great thing is when guys are alone talking with you they act really nice and completely different when they are around their friends.

A lot of great relationships happen when a girl and guy get together when it is just them. Those are events you should look for to see if you can get to know him.

There is no hurry. Take your time and look for a good time.

One thing to be careful of is that if you do talk to him alone and he acts nice, do not walk up to him later when he is with his friends because you may put him on the spot.

Better to let him invite you over or ask him what you should do when he is with his friends.

Just have fun. There are lots and lots of boys. Just have fun and don't take anything too serious. It is all just a game and fun and you need to keep it that way.

Make sure to find out what he is interested in and make sure you learn about those things. Do online searches so you know stuff about the things he is interested in. That will make it easy for him to talk with him.

If he is into a specific sports team then learn about the names of some of the players or if he likes a specific band or music look up their website and find out how they started, who is in the band, know the songs, etc.

Do your research on his interests and he will find you interesting and REALLY COOL that you know stuff about what he is interested in. You do not have to tell him that you researched it just for him. Have Fun !!!

Casually flirt with him, and drop little hints to let him know that you like him. See how he responds when you flirt... does he flirt back? Have him over sometime, call him, build a relationship and then see where it goes. Good luck!

Are you friends? If you aren't then become friends and go from there. If you are, then just act more like you are intrested in him. He should get the picture.

Flirt with him... compliment him on his hair or his shirt. Make sure you make a point to say hi to him everyday so that he notices. Wink at him.
