simply make the proper r sound over and over and over, if its for a child reinforce it by showing him pictures of things starting with r. i managed to get my daughter out of saying lets as yets, and so on, and my aunt who was a speach therapist got my brother out of a lisp in 15 min. ofcourse he was only about 5
