No diet pills are safe and effective. Your doing just what you need to do: walk at least 1/2 an hour every day and eat healthy food.

Be patient. If you rush to "quick fixes" like diet pills(or crach diets), you'll hurt yourself.

There is no such thing as a completely safe diet pill. However, adding One a Day Weight Smart vitamins to your diet will help a lot. Also, drink more water and less of...anything else. These two simple things helped me lose weight more quickly than when I was just eating healthfully.

Oh, and drink Green Tea. There are healthy antioxidants in it, and just the tiniest bit of caffeine which will give you a bit of an energy boost.

Finally, do NOT listen to Kevin Trudeau. He is not a doctor, and he believes sunscreen causes skin cancer, not the sun. That is just one of the few totally off-base things about him. He isn't even allowed to do infomercials because, when he did, he was accused of false advertising.

Hi, you know what, it may be that right now you believe you are eating right, but when you actually prepare a meal for the size you want to be, it is actually about half or 75% of what you would normally eat. This happened to me and I was shocked. I was also 165 at 5'5". I joined ediets and I chose the plan that gave me recipes, and the size of the meals to me seemed tiny, and then I realized well no wonder I haven't been losing weight, I'm eating way more than I ought to be (and also not frequent enough, I would skip breakfast). So then with smaller meals and 2 light snacks, the pounds just would come off week after week, and before you know it I was back down to 145.

No. Don't go in for diet pills. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. none of them are safe, maybe what you should do is get a better diet, sometimes it is the combination of things that you eat that will cause you to lose weight, not the amount that you eat.

Try other things, before taking those diet pills, especially the ones you buy over the counter.

Anything ephedra. The rest of these diet pills don't really work, because if you think about it- if they did- there would be a lot mor skinny people. Rsearch showed that pills containing ephedra actually worked. I beleive they released ephedra again, but a more safe version

Is it wrong to Advocate ephedra?

Well I'm going to. Since it's the only thing that's ever worked for me.

I recently bought 'lipodrene' online since ephedra became available again. Been using it for a few months, very potent, very effective, raised my energy & suppressed my appetite. Try a search online.

Don't take more than One a day, & a few a week. can make you a little lethargic, & can disrupt sleep if you take it in the afternoon/night. Also seems to lessen sex drive in that given day. ( which for me, a 21m, is fine )

First consult your doctor, because they can suggest what would work best for you, and to make sure there is no underlying cause.

I am the EXACT same height and weight as you, and I have hypothyroidism, and that is way it is a little extra hard for me to lose weight...

Do yourself a favor, and don't take pills. Go to www.naturalcures.com and order Kevin Trudeau's book-on-tape called 'Lose thirty pounds in thirty days'. You'll thank me, and be happy you did! All of his 'remedies' are totally natural.
