I had an MRI of the brain 5 years ago, and the report came back saying that I have a few small white spots, and potentially weak lining of my nerves.

Last week I got another MRI of the brain. The report says that my brain is abnomrally small or "shrinking". There is atrophy in the crebrum and cerebellum. This report also mentioned the white spots.

My pupils have been 2 different sizes as long as I can rememeber. I get headaches when I do simple things like sing in my car, or have a loud discussion.

My short term memory was diagnosed "cognitive decline" by my neurologist. I have the brain speed of a 60 year old. I am 25.
Yet my IQ is above 130.

My coordination is getting worse.

The only thing I can think of what would have caused all this is that I was in a metal band for years where I was constantly screaming (like metallica). I used to get horrible headaches form this after a show. I did this for years.

Any ideas what could be wrong with me? Did I cause this?

I doubt you caused this. If you have hearing loss, that would be your fault. But something with your brain? No. It sounds like it could be genetic.

I don't think you caused this but if you are concerned then you should be seeing a neurologist again, 130 does not sound like cognitive decline though and then there are rare disorders causing neurological decline at this young age, headaches can be an altogether different phenomenon, good luck
