Definitely not. It will alter the taste. Keep it in a cool, dark place. I keep mine in a drawer under the stove for months at a time without any ill effects.

No, there is no need to refrigerate olive oil. Keep it in a closed container to prevent oxisidation however.

if you dont use it up quickly, then yes it would be a good idea, so it doesnt go rancid.
