Well there is no way for me to know if he likes you but if you want guys to notice you, be yourself. Be well groomed and confident, talk to them first, be witty. Confidence is really important.

How would I know?
Do you find him looking at you? (if he finds you looking at him that dosen't count)
Does he have your phone number?
Does he have your email?
Does he have your im/yahoo messanger?
Has he called, mailed, imed you?
Does he smile at you say hi?
Has he said hello as you walk by?
Does he know you exist?
Does he know you like him?
Has someone told you he likes you (other than your BFF)?
If the answere to most of these questions is yes than congrates!
He likes you!
If not heres some tips:
1. don't show off your bod
2. don't giggle nervously
3. be confident
4. don't salk him
5. don't care about him that much until he asks you out
You should also know that how a guy looks at you is up to you. Its true. If you see yourself as ugly so will he. If you see yourself as oppsessed so will he. If you see yourself as an idiot so will he. A guy likes a girl who is hard to get. The harder a guy has to work for something the more he will enjoy it. Give him a chance to get you. Don't chase him or he'll never like you.
You may want to read The Truth About Guys. I've never read it but its written by a guy so its probablly helpful.
One more hint: guys like girls who know who they are and whose they are.

Since your question is in the "Skin and Body" category, then I guess the way to tell is if your skin has an especially terrific glow when he's around and whether you use extra skin products when you know you're doing to see him.

Well, you could act fun and flirty and hard to get. That's what I always do and 10 guys like me. You could act more sociable, go to parties, hang out with friends, and he'll see you're fun to be around, then I pull the hard to get, and I hooked him.
