go ask a doctor before you go on any diet. i cant believe you are the only person that would actually admit that you are skinny.

Ok i got the same prob. but its an advantage, i mean you would rather have someone say your skinny than omg ur fat! I think its kinda rude that your friends said wow your skinny but i still love you the i love u part is not nice cuz there indicating theres something wrong with being skinny so tell them next time so? a lot of people are skinny. Please dont start shoving food in urself now, just make sure you dont skip meals like have 6 meals a day, small ones like breakfast such as eggs toast and a piece of bacon with orange jiuce then 2 hrs later a snack like granola bar then lunch 2 hrs later and so on. Good luck and stay happy girl its fun to be skinny when your healthy!

I'll gladly give you 50 of my pounds for free. How about eating 3 full meals ? Stay healthy but enjoy an egg, toast and juice or milk for breakfast with fruit. For lunch you can have a burger with a salad. For dinner have your meat, a serving of pasta or a potato and another vegetable with that or a salad. Foods with protein should be healthy. They also sell liquid Centrum vitamin which would increase your appetite and supplement the vitamins along with your healthy diet. The liquid works better than the pill form. You can snack on fruit shakes . You can also snack on different cheeses which will supply calcium with apples or grapes. Try doing some lite weights to build up your muscles also. Get a decent amount of sleep and hang in there. Good luck.

For every pound of muscle you would like to gain, you need to consume an excess of about 2500 calories. If you weight train properly, and get enough sleep (8 hours minimum), you should be able to gain about 1 pound of muscle each week. Of course I am assuming that you want to gain muscle weight versus fat weight. The easiest way to do this would be to consume extra calories every day by drinking two protein shakes with weight gainer powder mixed in them. If you drink two of these shakes each day, you should easily be able to add about 1000 extra calories to your diet EVERY DAY. That is 7000 per week. Even if you have an extremely fast metabolism, this should do the trick. Once you have increased the number of calories, be sure to start weight lifting. I would suggest you research this thoroughly before beginning though, as if you do not know what you are doing to will be wasting your time. If you drink the shakes and workout with weights, there is not reason why you will not be able to gain weight quickly. In fact, you should be able to increase your weight by 10 lbs the first month if done correctly. Best of luck!

I have the same problem. I have always been underweight no matter what I eat I do not gain weigh yet I lose weight easily. I found that by drinking nutritional drinks suck as ensure that are high in protein help me maintain my weight. I suggest going to a nutritional store. They sell many things such as bulk up protein shakes. Generally, men use these to gain size but they really taste pretty good! Instead of replacing your meal with a shake, drink the shake with your meal. Hope this helps.

First of all, don't just start eating all junk food. People may say it helps you gain weight but it will also help you have a heart attack. The best thing you can do is talk to your doctor about it and he/she will tell you the best way to gain weight. Good luck!

Make sure you get enough protiene and calcium and other vitamins in your body, and that you are eating at least the serving size of your meals. Take vitamins such as One-A-Day and perhaps search a site like webmd.com to find ways to gain weight healthily.

Eat a high calorie diet but make the calories healthy ones so that you don't put on fat.
Add a protein shake or weight gainer shake to your diet to add an extra healthy meal.
Weight train to build muscle.

try eating 3-4 times daily and try eating something in between foods and make exercise . exercise is not only to loose weight but to gain too

GLUCOSE cause lik all the food u eat is stored into glucose so iguess if u hav a lot of glucose u can get fat in a shortt period of time lik this summer i had loads of glucose n everybody be telling me i dont look like skinny fatima anymore
