Mormons believe there is polygamy in heaven, Jesus was a polygamist, and they will have polygamy again when Jesus comes back.
Here is a book that you need to read, it's an excellent of story of what Mormonism is all about...I actually got the book on CD and listened to her tell the story:
Leaving the Saints: How I Lost the Mormons and Found My Faith
by Martha Beck.

Martha Beck is the daughter of Hugh Nibley, a high ranking Mormon apologist, one of the Church's most prominent authorities. As "Mormon royalty" within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she was raised in a home frequented by the Church's high elders known as the apostles.
Her father molested her and her family then covered up the crime.
Hugh Winder Nibley (27 March 1910–24 February 2005) was a gifted writer, a prolific author, a first-class scholar and, above all, a committed member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was employed at Brigham Young University. For well over a half a century, until his doctor ordered him to stop researching in 2002.

I don't think even all sects (of Mormonism) practice polygamy, although I think some still may. This, of course, is coming from a non-Mormon. At the very least, not all male mormons marry more than one woman, because it isn't even legal in most parts of the country (I don't think).
I've never heard of the fathers teaching their daughters how to please their husbands...and if it's true, I don't think that's a mormon thing, rather more of a case-by-case thing where the father was just sick.
I can't remember much about mormons, unfortunately.

The answers are no and no. NO male Mormons marry more than one woman and if they do, they can't be a Mormon. Also the Church speaks out against thing like child abuse, sexual abuse, etc.
Look up Mormons on wikipedia. Or go to mormon.org. You'll get accurate information there.
My advice is give the guy (and his religion) a chance. If it works out, great, if not, that's okay too.

You're very uninformed (and misinformed) about Mormon people. You need to do some research on this, k? Also, why don't you try ASKING the guy questions? He'll probably be more than willing to answer you.

The answer to all of your questions is no.
It's likely he'll try and convert you before he'd ever think about going steady with you.
