Well yeah, I can run plenty fast, I have quite a bit of leg muscle, but hardly any in my arms. Does anyone have any tips on how to build arm muscle, but without using supplements or going to a gym?

You could do with a bit of professional help here. Have a word with your PE teacher at school, and get him/her to suggest some safe exercises.
Don't just go for any old thing off the net - strengthening exercises need to be a balanced programme or you could end up with aches and pains as some muscles are over exercised and others made weaker. Also, you need exercises appropriate to your age as your bones are still a bit softer than an adult's, and you should not overdo it.

two good things that i can think of are regular push-ups if u can do them or these: this is one kind, go into push-up position and then take ur right arm and tap ur left shoulder than left to the right also say the abc's while doing this. another one is to again go to push- up position then put ur right elbow down then ur left then push back up with ur right arm then left u can also alternate either way watever is simpler for u but do these exercises for 5 to 10 minutes a day. sry if i made them sound complicated, its easier to show a person then to tell them. hope i helped.

Difficult queston ,but U can do these things at home . Check this out!! (www.exrx.net) Play with this site. Use music with a buddy and enjoy. dont push it.
