i'm on a diet am i eating the right food?

Question

for lunch i eat lettuce with ceaser's salad dressing ,a hand full of lima beans and another hand full of sweet corn...for dinner i eat the same or a tortilla with some cooked veggies......plz help thank u

Hey,

I believe that what you are currently eating is a good diet. Although the salad dressing has a lot of calories, I believe that it is not enough to do anything bad. If you exercises or walk a lot with the food you are currently eating.... I believe that you will lose weight very quickly and be thin in no time.

I hope that you are doing this for yourself though because everyone is someone and no one needs to depend on the opinions of others.

Unfortunately, you're NOT eating well. Caesar's dressing is very high in fat content. Lima beans are starchy as is sweet corn. You haven't mentioned milk or fruit either.
To be successful in losing weight and staying healthy, a person must have fruit, vegetables, starches, proteins, and yes carbs in their diets. They also need certain amounts of fats, which can be found in the butter or margarine we use...or in a light helping of salad dressing. We also need a small amount of dairy product.

HONEY LOSE THE CEASER DRESSING CHANGE UP SO U WON'T GET BORED I LOST 50IBS I DRANK SLIMFAST 4 BREAKFAST AND A SIDE SALAD 4LUNCH AND PUT ALL MY MEAT ON THE GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL AND MY CHEAT DAY WAS SUNDAY I ATE WHAT I WANTED BUT DIDN'T OVER DO IT AND TUR THE WEEK I ATE AT THE SAME TIME 7am,10am=snack,12pm,2pm=fruit,5-5:30,8pm=snack, and plenty of water.HONEY GOOD LUCK&HONEY BELIVE IN YOURSELF.
