first tell yourself that you dont want it to look worse than it already is. Than go buy some great acne treatment such as proactive and try using this for a month and find a huge difference. You can get rid of acne but its harder to get ride of the scars you get left behind. Try finding a different habbit that you can do that wont hurt yourself in the long term, such as writing, painting, reading, anything at all. But keep remembering that you dont want to harm your face any more, and you are going to have beautiful skin. If proactive doesnt work,,, which it usually does for most people than go to your doctors and they will help you out. i am sure your face will be back to perfect in a few months...be patient! Its worth it

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Try using an overnight acne treatment, that way you'll be treating and reducing the number of pimples which in turn will give you nothing to pick at! Also, wash your hands before touching your face. Oils on our hands from touching food or other things can cause you to break out. Use a facial scrub, such as St. Ives Apricot Scrub to reduce oil and black heads. This should help alot!

See your doctor and ask about a prescription medication, and always wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser. That way your zits will go away and you wont have anything to pick at.

Remember that every time you do that you'll get a scar.
Remember that every time you touch your face you will get a new zit. This is true. The oils in your hands create zits on your face.
Get products to get rid of your zits for you.
I use arbone mostly but occasionally proactive and I get compliments on my skin alot.
For a quick riddance use products in this order:
This is optional- mask (whatever cleansing mask you use to tighten your pores)
1. scrub (whatever you use to scrub away the dirt that has piled up during the day)
2. soap (whatever you use to wash away everything that the scrub has piled on your face)
3. cleanser (whatever cleanser you use to get rid of the soap residue on your face)
4. moisturizer (whatever you use to keep your face clean and moist during the day/night)

Just stop, that's wrong. No one wants to see you sit there and do that. Resist the urge. Or the evil monkey in the closet will eat you.. Think about that one

Self control, remind yourself of the consequences - scarring, enlarged pores, greater damage from pushing in the comedomes further into your skin.
