I found out that cats really like long thin sticks or twigs scratching over the ground. My cats go nuts over it. I made a video of it and will be putting it on you tube soon. ^_^

To make your pet happy you need to spend some quality time with it. Pay attention to what it likes and dislikes. You can brush her wich makes your pets coat soft and while doing that you can talk to your pet. Talking to your pet makes it feel more comfortable around you. Playing with your cat gives it good exercise and you are paying attension to your pet wich makes your pet feel like someone is there for him or her. Think of your pet as a human. A human needs entertainment and needs to stay clean, get hair cutts, and even needs to have a someone that loves his or her. Your pet is the same way. It likes to have attension because that shows it that she or he is not alone.Try these tips. It should help. It made my cat and I close friends!

Spend quality time with it, petting it and talking to it. Don't be distracted by tv, reading materials, noise, or housework at these times. We're talking one-on-one bonding time between you and your pet. He or she needs to feel loved and special. Reward good behavior with praise and an occasional treat. Make sure the animal stays active and gets enough exercise. When friends come over, introduce them to your pet right away, and have them make a fuss over the animal. Your pet will be happy and quite spoiled!

A happy pet is well fed and given lots of attention. The wonderful things about pets is that they love unconditionally.

If it is a cat, then you should really get it something the dangles around. My cats love little bells, they play with them all the time!
