No Rachel Ray did not go to college
Good schools: Culinary Institute of America-CIA
Johnson and Wales University In Providence RI- (Emeril's alma mater) as good if not better than CIA
UNLV and the : Community College of Southern Nevada's Cheyenne campus
College of Du Page in Glen Ellen IL 2yr
New England Culinary Institute
I think that the Cordon Bleu programs are over priced and over rated
You can become a member of the National Restaurant Association if you're over 16 and a student. By doing so you can attend their annual convention in Chicago which is at Mc Cormick Place and always takes place in the middle of May .
Aside from the fact that the show is just a great thing to see and
do; there are always 20 -30 different culinary schools that have a booth, thereby allowing you to check out many different programs for the price of air fare to Chicago.

Any college or University that offers the Cordon Bleu program. The program is world renowned, having started in France. Very expensive....but well worth the expense for the sake of having that under your belt.

The culinary institute in Pittsburg and the The Culinary art institute in Poughkippsie ( I dont know if thats spelled right but its in NY like by new york city)

My sis goes to Johnson and Wales in Colorado...I guess thats where some really popular chefs have graduated.
