U will lose a whole lot by eating 1000 calories a day. The mile a day run will speed up those results. I'm starting Medifast next week, and trying to get down to your current weight of 150lbs! Their diet consists of eating a low cal diet as well. Good luck! Let us know how things work out!!

Yeah.. you will. but your going to lose muscle weight too at that extreme a Calorie deficit, which means you wont have as 'toned/tight' a look as you desire. Try 1500 Calories, and 25 minutes of aerobic exercise 3-5 times a week ( fast walking, or walk/jog )... You'll lose more fat & less muscle this way. & have a more desireable look.

Eat too few calories & your body will Stop burning, & start storing more fat. The body's an intelligent machine, if you starve it, it will go into a starvation mode, & store whatever it can for survival, at which point you'll be extremely frustrated, give up, & balloon back up. ( not that your a balloon, 150 lb's is a very moderate weight )

Diet smart, not hard.

No you will probably gain weight because you will be eating way, way too few calories per day. Eating less than 1200 a day for a woman is considered anorexia. Amp it up to 1200 very healthy calories (and a multivitamin) a day to lose the most possible amount of weight while remaining healthy.

your physique needs a minimum of 1200 good energy to function properly. something decrease than that, will do you extra harm than good. try to devour a properly balanced weight loss software which you get good 1500 energy. no longer from fatty or fried foodstuff. yet from lean meat, culmination and veges. You dont would desire to run a mile ordinary. Watch what you devour, run a entire of 6 miles a week. ie: 2 miles for 3 separate days could suffice. good success.

YEs you can, but if you want to speed it up, slowly lose more of you daily caloric content. 1000 is excellent, but along the way run more, and cut you caloric content down also.

Seems at that height and weight you don't have to much extra
weight at all. Are you sure you want to loose it?
