A great, quick breakfast and good for you is a Smoothie. Throw 1 banana, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc.) 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or any kind of fruit yogurt into blender. It tastes wonderful, is good for you and can be taken to work in a large container or you can drink it on the way. Yummy.

I always cook eggs with cheese and ham throw it in a tortilla and run. Sometimes I even make it into a sandwich
