She's one of those girls that "trys" hard to be your friend...and when your not looking she is batting her eyes at your man along with being touchy feely & way to hospitable (heck she even does it when I am looking) What is the best way to deal with a chronic flirt? Do you ignore her, befriend her, or have a "talk" with her. She comes over every Sunday for our football parties...everyone knows how "friendly" she is even his Mom and Niece have said so...so I know it's not all in my head...but how do I deal with it in a mature way without pissing my boyfriend off and looking insecure?

One thing you do NOT do is blame the guy in any way because that is EXACTLY what she wants to happen so he will like her more because she is nice.
The great thing is that one day she will find someone she wants to keep all to herself and then other girls will do what she is doing to you to her relationship.
Nothing you can do. You can only be as nice and sexy as you can for your guy and the rest is up to him.
YOU CAN NOT make him like you better you can only ACT really nice to him and hope that he likes you better.
It is all about who dresses the best and sexy for the guy and who acts the most nice.
It is not an issue of sex, because sex never makes a guy stay with a girl, most of the time it turns out the other way and he choses the one that was NOT the easy one. It is just a weird thing about guys. They all want to get laid but then they end up choosing the girl that was not easy to be with because they see the other girl as someone that was too easy and might run around with other guys too easy.
I am a guy and that is the truth. May not be what you want to hear but it is the truth.
Guys stay with the girl that is the most nice to him. Also helps to be looking really fine every time you see him.

Don't you just hate those types? It makes you want to beat the crap out of them.....
But don't do this as you will end up with an assault charge...
This is my suggestion.
Does she ever have any guys with her???
Do it back to her! And then when she says something. Ask her how does it feel and how does she like it when someone does it to her.
And then let her know how it makes you feel!
You have to put your foot down.
Honey you've got to stand for something or you'll fall for anything (like the song)

Ask him if he has noticed what a flirt she is. Talk to her and tell her that you've observed her being flirty and that you would appreciate it if she didn't flirt with your man. It is awkward but she needs to know that you notice her actions and that you're keeping tabs on how she acts around your boyfriend.

Do you survive Wisteria Lane? That feels like an epi of desperate Houswives or some thing. do no longer freak out. The chick in basic terms needs what she will't have. do no longer sweat it and act like it doens't section you slightly. Be the bigger lady.

Well dear, get to know her better - invite her to afternoon tea, talk nicely, ask about her life and complement her on her good looks etc. Then when she least expects it - stab her in the eye with a spoon!

Fix her up with someone.. invite someone oveer that you just know would like to spend time with her! that way someone will be trying to get her attention while she is trying to get his attention and it will all work itself out.. she will get flustered and leave or she will hook up with that guy.
my other suggestion would be to become really close friends with her and then invite her to a threesome - and when she turns you down she will feel awkward and stop coming around... because she will think YOU will want her and she won't want you!

Have a private talk with her, and let her know that it won't be tolerated anymore. Let her know that numerouse people have pointed it out to you also, so she doesn't just think your being jealous. Let her know you won't warn her again about her behavoir...and leave it at that. If she continues, or runs to your boyfriend, it will be quite obvious what she is after.

Kick her butt!!! No just kidding but relax maybe you can have your mother n law mention something to her. Don't be harsh. Maybe she just wants to be your friend but be careful. I had a neighbor like that and come to find out she had an affair with my husband.
