Get a trim, it'll cut off the split ends and it will make you hair healthier and grow faster. You could also get a good leave in conditioner. I use one by Dove. *IT ROCKS*

If it seems stringy then shampoo first to wash off product that may have attached to your hair. Unicure conditioner will repair split ends and frizzies while detangling and imparting shine - all in one product - pretty amazing actually .

You can trim some off yourself, which I don't recommend doing. Also when you condition your hair everyday in the shower, make sure you condition your ends really well! This will make them stronger and have less breakage! Good luck.
