Exercise--it will raise your endorphins, so you will be happy, and it will make you sleep better at night. Also, you will start wanting to eat better, and nutritious food is actually less expensive than junk food--if you do it right, which will help you out financially. Remember also that there are plenty of places on the Internet to find exercises you can do in your home without needing to spend extra money. Added benefit is that you will look great, which in turn will make you feel better and less stressed. Also, write down everything you spend, maybe there is something that you can live without that will help get those ends closer together. Good Luck!

There are places that can help around where you live. If you apply for benefits through welfare you might get something from food pantries or food banks etc. Ask your local community center. You might be surprised if you ask. Find a room mate or shared housing near where you live or work. There are some groups who help single mothers with housing and daycare. Don't give up looking.

Move to a state with 4% unemployment (yes there are), agriculture mostly. Pull yourself up. Live alone, stop being so down, even though I totally understand. You can do it! Especially if you are young. Drop the dumb pick-up truck, get a nice small euro-jap car to save half the gas. C'mon, dude, wake up!

All you can do is all you can do. My mantra is "this too shall pass". I do the best I can, and try to do better next time. Just don't obsess about it.
