I have high cholestrol. I am at 234 and my doctor said it should be under 199. I take it seriously, but these doctor appointments are getting expensive.

You have 35 points to lose and your own life to save. How much do you value your own life? Then think is this expensive?

Ask your dr. for suggested diets FOLLOW it to a T. Eat and drink and do everything they say also ask about exercise. You may want to ad a 30 minute exercise routine. only if the Dr. says its ok.
Cut red meat out of your diet. Only poultry and fish. No eggs no shellfish. Go through your pantry anything that has sat fat, trans fat, or hydrogenated oil THROW OUT it will seem like everything has it in there - thats why your cholesterol may be high - read nutrition labels and learn to use more fresh and frozen vegetables

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

DO NOT USE butter ever again. Butter is what is inside your arteries - that's what it looks like. When you see butter think arteries.
Try a product called smart balance it doesn't have any hydrogenated oils in it. NO MARGARINE either... Buy only Smart Balance light. or use only olive oil.
no creamy salad dressings.. Whole grains..... etc.. good luck...

This sounds like a lot and it can be overwhelming but before you consume something think about your life and its value to those that love you and think about the value of what you are putting in your body.
Thik of food ad nutrition not something to satisfy. Eat until you are full not stuffed. Munch on berries and veggies..

Good Luck.

$85.00 is a small price to pay for your health! Pay the $85.00! Don't risk it! Look at it this way...would you rather pay $85.00 for the nutritionist....or have your family pay $8,500.00+ to bury you should something happen with your health, and you fall seriously ill..and well...you know the rest. I'm not trying to scare you...just trying to make you look at it in a different way. Your health IS worth $85.00!!!

Not sure I would trust online diets unless they came from a trusted source such as a Government health department.
