Why do people smoke weed ? I used to...BUT?

Why do they smoke it know it causes major health problems later on. I used to smoke it for 13 years i quit, and found out first hand the major problems the "no hurt" drug causes....

It has a lot to do w/who u hang out w. Some ppl do it at first to be cool, or they're curious. It's the euphoric drug that kills brain cells & can land u in jail. One of the probs it causes is memory loss. Good 4 U 4 quitting!!

I'm a very hyper person and a student as well (art school- go figure....) but I have about 50 hours of homework a week and in order to concentrate I often do have to settle myself down in order to get this homework done. I also work a full time job to put myself through school in addition to in class time. energy is not a problem, focus is. when high I can perform menial, repetitive tasks like cutting mats for drawings and stretching canvasses. but some people do it 'cause its easier than thinking.

You are a hypocrite. How can you ask why people do something if you used to do it yourself?

Here's an idea......

Think about why you smoked when you smoked, and you will know why people smoke. How can someone who smoked for 13 years even wonder why people smoke? You sure you quit, dude? You sure you ain't high as a kite right now?

Where did you hear that it causes Major health problems later on? This is not true. Studies have shown that it's less harmful than cigarettes or alcohol.

There are many reasons why some children and young teens start smoking marijuana. Most young people smoke marijuana because their friends or brothers and sisters use marijuana and pressure them to try it .
