The best advise I can give you would be to bring a power bar to eat between classes and if not bring grapes or something stash it in your bag and when the teacher isn't looking sneak one in your mouth/goldfish work good to but suck them first cuz they make a crunch and the teacher may catch you. hope this helps.

Five hours is a long time for anyone to go without eating.
The big breakfast is a good idea - plenty of carbohydrates again, because the body takes longer to get at the energy. Carbohydrates are in bread, cereals, potatoes and pasta.
The secret is small, easy to eat and energy packed. We are talking seeds, nuts, and dried fruit. The sugar from the dried fruit gives you a quick energy fix, and the complex carbs in the nuts and seeds will stop you hitting that energy sink. Lots of vits and mineral in there too to fuel that brain of yours.
How about chocolate or muesli bars that are divided into little portions so you can eat them quickly?
Maybe somebody needs to have a chat with the principal here (I am guessing this is a US school, because UK schools have a 15 minute break mid-morning). You can't be the only one suffering like this. Growing adolescents need plenty of fuel to keep going. This lack of energy will mean many of you won't be able to concentrate so well, some of you will be getting irritable and rowdy, and some will just be nodding off to sleep, all of which means poorer grades for the school. How about you all getting on to your mothers and doing a bit of research on the effects of diet on concentration in schools? There's a good science project for you.
Strikes me as downright cruel!

Eat a breakfast that has very little or no sugar in it and lots of fiber, like oatbran muffins. They keep me from getting hungry for hours. And take a snack with you to eat between classes if that's allowed. Being a growing teen takes a lot of food.

my guess is that you eat cereal or waffles with syrup or some other sugar loaded breakfast. If you have something with complex carbs like REAL oatmeal (not the crap that is flavored like strawberries and cream or whatever) with some brown sugar and cinnamon, and some whole wheat toast and a bannana, you should be feeling a lot better and not so famished by lunch. Complex carbs keep your blood sugar stable, so you dont have a huge drop in blood sugar making you feel hungry. This should help.

Drink more water! It really helps you to have a full feeling, so you don't feel like you're starving!! You can also take granola bars to snack on in between classes. Those don't take long to scarf down! They give you the nutrients and energy you need to get you through PE!

Drink a lot of water. It will help fill up your tummy. Also, carry around some almonds or trail mix in a plastic baggy. They are small enough that you could pop some in your mouth between classes. You could also carry around some protein powder and shake it up into water. Since its a drink you could probably get away with it in class. You may also want to talk to the school nurse about stopping in their office to get a quick snack. They could write you a note to get into class a little late. Explain to them that You have blood sugar issues.

Actually, you are probably overdoing it at breakfast time. I have found that if I only eat a little at breakfast, my body doesn't start craving food as soon as it does when I eat a large one. Also, make sure your breakfast is healthy. The healthier it is, the more your body will gain nutrients and not have to crave them as much.
