where can I find a comfort strap for someone who has had abdominal surgery, seat belt related?

You better just hike it up or below where you had surgery. I just had abdominal surgery 2 weeks ago for hernias and they carved me up like a thanksgiving turkey. But the seat belt goes below the scars.
