well, it all started one day when this dude in one of my classes asked me out, i didn't really know him all that well, but i said sure, what the hell, and said sure i go out with you. i never really payed attention to his looks, i usually go for personality, but there were rumors and crap about him being gay, just because he dumped his ex girlfriend for me, so i guess i was his "new flame", there wasn't much of a connection to begin with, and he was very immature and kinda geeky, i only went out with him for one day, i learned my lesson, look for everything in a guy, not just his potential, besides, im attracted to the sexy sk8ter dudes.

I'm actually pretty sure I *WAS* a "duck blind" for a kid when I was in high school - he professed all this poetic love for me and yet barely wanted to smooch. He got mad when I dumped him, wailing that he'd been nothing but true to me. He didn't understand that he'd already stated the problem - he'd been NOTHING else to me.

you didnt really get to know him before you said yes. it seems like a really immature thing to do. i mean, he dumped his gf for you, so he probly really liked you, and what do you give in return? 24 hours of a relationship that wasnt that great. it is pretty immature/bitchy/justwrong.
and..you shouldnt really care what other people say about him. for years rumors went around this one guy i was BESTEST friends with that he was gay. we're dating now. and i dont care what they say.
about the potention sexy skater stuff.
dont hold back. you're gonna meet a lot of guys. that whole YOUR NOT MY TYPE THING...its just a lie that translates into..youre ugly and i dun like you. its dang true.
so keep your options open. and dont date people cause of potential. thats called using them.

If you are not attracted to him then that is your decision to make but did you lead him on and then once you "got" him decide to dump him? If that is the case, I would say it's not very nice.
