Well when I was pregnant the sinus problems only came at night, so I would take something at night. This is a question you should call and ask your doctor about, most have triage nurses you can call and get advice from.

I wouldnt take any. Even if i werent pregnant. They make colds worse, and prolong how long you have them, and make your sinuses weaker against a repeat infection.

Just drink water, blow your nose, and stay active.

The BEST thing you can do when you have a cold is flush your nose, or swab it, with sterile saline solution. They sell those swabs in the store now.

shouldn't take more than it says on box, or what your dr. says.

Try using saline spray to help your nose out. The one i used has a picture of a dolphin on the package... ask the pharmacist. i can't remember what it's called though... It helps by putting sterile saline (salt water) into your nasal cavity to soften any yuck in there, making it easier to breathe.

Try that... ask your dr. what it might be called... It truly does help.

Hope that helps you!!

Good Luck!!
