You never talked to her....hmm...toughie. I would say (if I were in you shoes, of course) something about the class. If she rushes out of the room, chances are she doesn't like that class. Say something about the class, like "Did you like that speech today? I thought it was so boring." or something like that. You gotta try to relate. That is the best way to get a conversation going, and also the easiest, but make sure you talk and not just agree. Say your thoughts, and hope all goes well.

Just start with saying Hi when you pass for the next couple of day's and make sure she hears you but don't stop her and ask some dumb question like "so what do you think of class" when she's rushing to get out the door. You want to get her attention, not think you're a dweeb. Once she starts saying hi back then you can move into more conversation. Maybe ask her if she has any notes you can use from class for your next test. That's a decent ice breaker.

The thing you need to do is....No matter what you do. Just be yourself and not anything else. So you have a class in common with her. Then make something up while walking pass her. Here is an example: "Hey, ! is a really demanding teacher. Expecting us to do this assignment by the end of the week.
Try and start a conversation about the subject/teacher or anything involving that specific class.

It would be cute to pass her a note in class! Say how you've been wanting to talk to her, but she always rushes off. You didn't want to interrupt, but couldn't hold back any longer. Ask her if she has a minute to spare after class, or name a time and place. Be sure to make it clear you want to fit in her schedule- have her make time for you and be willing to wait a few days. If you really like her, its worth the wait and trouble, right?

Does she get to class before you too? If so, slap a note on her desk saying "SLOW DOWN! I want to get to know you! - " before taking your seat.
It's direct, it leaves matters in her hands without pressuring her, and it keeps the actual interaction to a minimum (which is good for you since you seem nervous about actually talking to her).
If she seems to react favorably to the note, then the next step is to give her your number or email or some other way to reach you, so you can talk to each other outside of class.

Don't be afraid to talk to her a few minutes before she rushes out of class. Or run up to her and start talking.
Good luck

Gotta go for it!. She has no clue that you like her, you have to make a some sort of move in order for her to get it. Start by when you walk by her, just say Hi. And start adding more conversation from there.
