i guess there is no help on yahoo by trained employes?

im new, every thing is messed up. i have tried to do yahoo before, but i have handi caps. ( i hate it but have no choice) i have asked aol to pease consider us, with learning disabilities, we need help. yahoo gives no phone number

There is a Help option on every page in the upper right corner.
