motabolism (me), or they tend to fidget, or they excercise and you just dont realize. Though actually people who can stay thin cause of there motabolism when their younger tend to have weight issues later because they dont know how to control their diet when its starts to slow down

There is a new diet out called 3 Hr Diet. You're suppose to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up and then eat every 3 hours after that. It amounts to 3 meals a day and 3 snacks. Supposedly if you keep the blood sugar levels constant in your body your metabolism will work better to help you burn fat up for your energy.'

people who run to the loo for no2 straight after eating but it happens coz it happened to me and i have a fast metabolism and its horrid but it true. i never put on any weight frm age 11 to 18 till i did something about it and now i have to go gym every wk to stay healthy but at least im not skinny and boney no more.it wasnt doing my health good coz u wouldnt get any nutrients from the food u eat and then u have other problems in body. its happened to me so i knw what im on about.it could prob be dangerous in long term. could be not IS so thats my opinion but surely its to do with the stomach and how it digests ur food. thats how u can stay thin and eat lots and lots of food.

Many a moon I have contemplated this question. I've come to the conclusion that people that can eat all they want and stay thin have made a pact with the devil. Hmm, I'm considering doing the same myself ;-)

You can stay so thin because your metabolism is faster. You burn up more calories than most people. Would be nice if I could eat like that :-)

People who eat a lot and stay thin either have fast metabolism, like Twiggy or they are vomiting, which can destroy their teeth and osophegus

i manage to stay a size 6 by basically eating all my calories in the morning so then i have the rest of the day to work them off.

It sounds stupid but it sooooooooooooo works!!!!!!!

many visits to the toilet! or the metabolic rate of a person is very high, or while not eating a person is exercising

what I do is I drink lemonade (freshly squeezed lemon and water -no sugar) after every meal I have. and believe me I eat a lot as often and as late (sometimes just before going to bed) as I please. never had any weight problems. lemon juice is a brilliant dissolvent of fat.
