my 2 year old likes to sit on top of my wife's head and sometimes shoulders while she watches tv. is this ok for her?

shoulders yes, head no... it could be unsafe and considered inappropriate

Who, your 2 year old or your wife? Two year old yes... Wife, not so sure, she may get a neck or headache as the child gets bigger.........:)

as long as they are both compy. not a problem.
You may want to think about when she gets older wanting to do this & being to big. stop it now & don't have to deal with it later.
then again kids need to learn as they grow things change!
