Wait until you are 18. Any place that will tattoo a minor without parental consent isnt a good place to go. And the cost varies from shop to shop and artist to artist. If you are going anywhere near the school there you will probably pay more because they hike the prices for college kids.

If you find a place that will break the law in order to tattoo you, RUN LIKE HELL.
These places could not care less about your health and safety. They are only interested in your money. Also, any place willing to break the law for a buck probably comprimises your safety in sterility and knowledge matters as well. It is dangerous. Wait a few months when you are legal and go to a good artist that you researched during the interm.

Oh, man, you may as well just wait.
Anyone who'd give an underage kid a tattoo is not a tattoo artist anyway, just someone who likes to play with ink and needles.
Try to think of it as making it worth the wait. You'll have more power as an adult, too.

wait until you are 19 or even 20... The last thing you want to do is get something that is permanent forever of something that you love when you are 17....
Otherwise I would have the name Kenneth somewhere on me and probably kittens and puppies too.. Wait until you are a little bit older.

it depends on the shops prices..no body can tell you how much it will cost...and you need a parents concent to get a tat..unless you go to new york in the village..they dont check age but would not reccommend it..Just wait till your 18..You waiting this long right?
