Just wondering b/c I love ham and turkey sandwiches.

Those processed meats can be very salty, and fattier than you think. Much better to go with fresh turkey breast.

Ham and turkey sandwiches can be made healthy by the aforementioned ways of wheat bread, low-fat mayo and reduced sodium or fresh meat but I'd say some sort of variety is a better way to go to make sure your body gets all sorts of nutrients it needs.

Yes, but its what you put on them that may not be healthy. Mayonaise,or butter and any other condiment that has high fat content and the amount of turkey or ham you put on them

Sure it is, just make sure

You use wheat bread
Limit the mayo
use lean cuts of meat
try to avoid lunchmeats with lots of sugar and salt added

lots of sodium if its packaged lunch meat. better than mcdonalds every day

it depends on the type of bread you use, if you put mayo or not and if you put cheese in there... stuff like that

sure--they are basically lean type meats--just watch what you eat with them like--mayonnaise--(fatty)--cheese--same---ect ect---wheat bread is better then white------blah blah
