what can be use to help with heat rashes that accur between the inner part of your thighs

My wife just got over a heat rash and she used Baby Powder to cool off the itching. Hope it works for you.

Just use petroleum Jelly all over where the heat rash is. It really works..

Wear loose clothing as much as possible and use a talcum based type of powder like Gold Bond medicated powder.
