A collection agency can't do anything to your bank account. If you sue you and win, they can ask the court to freeze your account.

Only if they are sueing you or if you don't pay for so long they will deduct so much each month. Call them they'll usuallly work with you.

and they CAN NOT threaten to do so either.....thats illegal
unless they are lawyers, like if your debt is so bad its in "court".
