a hangover isnt a lack of whatever you were drinking before, a hangover is your body's way of telling you its dehydtrated. So best thing to do is have some water before you pass out, and keep a glass by your bed (or where ever you may land) so when you drink up you can have a few more sips and you'll be ok.

And grinding up some aspirin and swallowing that is surprisngly awesome for fighting the headache

Time. Although I've also found that taking a vitamin before and after (with food) helps make a hangover (and the likelihood of getting one) less severe.

A hangover is just withdrawral of the toxins you pumped into yourself the night before, Some one suggested the hair of the dog. That works. or if not because your not the alcoholic we are try fruits and sugar and anything vitamin b like! (You like marmite, its a waste product of making beer but they bottle it and sell it to us at an extortionate price but obvious soloution to a hangover!!

I usually drink lots of water for a while. Oce my body settles a little I eat spicy food. I like a mexican dish named Chilaquiles. I drink a coke and that's it. Normally you'll feel better in a couple hours. Except for the fact that you'll be tired.
