Where can i buy "the movie star diet" book by steve simmons?
i've looked on amazon and searched google but still don't know please help.

It's an online book (probably why you can't find it at Amazon or a bookstore) that you download for $9.99. Don't know if it will be different since you're in the UK but I did a quick search online and found that pretty quick.

Isn't it just lettuce and water? You don't need a book to follow that, surely.
