i ran into this guy about 7 months ago and we really hit it off(he is mutualfriends with my ex,i caught my ex of a few years cheating on me)i was still bitter about the cheating and this guy listened and understood,he drove me home that night and i invited him to stay,I asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,i asked him to put his arm around me,he did till i slept.he was such a gentleman.the next morning things were awkward when he left,a mutual friend told me he liked me but is freaked about my ex(who is still trying to get me back)I saw this guy once since then and he came to me and said"your killing me"my ex was also there so we had to keep quiet.That night ended with me talking to this guy about going out on his boat in the summer and then my ex pulled me away to"talk",i called the other guy after and the conversation ended with him saying"well it was nice seeing you".I have not spoke to or seen him since,i still think about him 7 months later.

I don't know if your ex was the reason he left like that but guys
are always trying to find our weakness to get us into bed. The
reason you can't forget him is because he came to you when
you need some human kindness to get over the pain your ex
had put upon your soul. It nothing wrong about you not forgetting
that why they call them memories.

Maybe you think you had a connection with him. To me, though, I don't know if there is much of a connection there. Its good to have someone to talk to, but it seems desparate to ask someone to sleep next to you. If you are bitter over an ex, I think the best thing to do is talk to some girlfriends about it, not get caught up in another guy, especially one that is friends with your ex.

U need to tell the ex to leave u alone.. He is getting in the way of your feelings towards this other guy.. sometimes u have to be mean and tell them like it is... I have done the same thing.. thinking about someone like what u are talking about.. your thinking of him cause u have feelings for him still. girl u need to locate this guy and see if he is single and grab him dont let go
