it means everything to me it describes me. And some times my parents say i listen to CRAP!!!!!!!!!! but i dont listen 2 them

Because you listen to the words more when you feel low and you feel the music more and understand what the singer actually means

because when you're happy you're just dancing around to it and being happy. When you're sad, you arent dancing. You're really LISTENING to the lyrics and the melodies. thats why.

because it is SUCH a personal thing...you can relate to the words...your soul can relate to the words....and it actually makes you feel better....good therapy....sing along , get it all out , then move on!
