Jesus gives me benefits in the afterlife, but Satan gives me benefits right now in this life. I'm not sure an afterlife exists, so perhaps I should go with Satan's deal? What would you do?

Why in the world would anyone worship Satan? What did Satan ever do for you?? Jesus died on the cross for you to give you a chance of salvation. It's a no brainer. PICK JESUS!!

Well if you chose .
, please go to a used car lot and tell the salesman to give you a blank contract to buy a car and then sign it. Let the salesman fill in the rest. While you are at it, go to a real estate office next and do the same thing, and maybe you could sign some of your checks and leave them blank and just lay them around several places.

Stupid? OH yes..but worshiping satan is just as stupid. You see, satan will promise you all sorts of stuff to serve him here but don't count on getting it as he never tells you the cost of serving him.

On the other hand, GOD has told us up front what you will get and even what it will cost.

Matthew 16:26

For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

I would go for Jesus. but thats my religion. U and others can believe me or not but Im sticking to that. Im going to go on ur point of view, ure not sure wether or not there is a, quote, "afterlife", I call it eternity with God and Jesus in a place called Heaven where the streets are gold and the gates are pearl. but back to you. Ok, ur not sure right? Well, think about how u would end up if there is a Heaven. u would end up in the eternal fire and pain if u went the saten way. (in Hell) Saten hates you. He also hates Jesus Christabd is willing to do anything to get u to worship and follow him and not God. Whether its money, luck, relationships...anything. but i promise you, Jesus IS the way the truth and the life no one comes to the Father except through him. (John 14:6) I hope u find ur answers and I hope they are in Jesus. Saten might seem the right way to a un-knowing sinner but to me, a Christian, Jesus is the ONLY way. Ask him into ur life. not that devil, saten.

Just remember, Saten HATES you, Jesus LOVES you.
do u want hate or love? id choose love.

Jesus doesn't have an after-life deal nor does Satan. There is long-term benefits in serving Jesus and there is short-term benefits in serving the Devil. You have the right to choose. Love, be bless

Jesus is the only way to go. Jesus will give you love He Loves you.

satan on the other hand is a liar. he will give you nothing but
pain and lies.

What would i do? Jesus was my way out of a life going no where. Jesus saved my life. satan tried to take my life. Jesus
gave my life back to me. I hope you find what you are looking for.

if there is a satan, there is a jesus and if Jesus is real then the after life is real. remember that you will spend eternity (much longer than your life here) in either heaven or a loke of fire while your body rots and worms devour your flesh. so you can serve satan and spend eterity in torment, or you can serve jesus now and spend eternity in luxury. Serving jesus now is not a bad thing either. I find that because I try to do what He would have me to, i am blessed while I am here on earth.

I believe in Jesus, b/c that religion says that even now in this life god is helping us, but he wants us to learn, so we all must face trials, but the good thing is that out of something bad will always come something good. The thing about christianity is that we are assured everlasting life, but if you believe in satan then you might have benefeits now, but when you die you will be condemed to suffer forever in the buring pits of heck and an eternity is a lot longer than your life

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

the devil is a creature of vastly superior
intelligence, a mighty and gifted spirit of infinite resourcefulness. We forget that the devil was perhaps the greatest and most exalted of all God's angels. He was a sublime figure, who decided to use his divine endowments for his own aims instead of God's. His reasoning is brilliant, his plans ingenious, his logic well nigh irrefutable. God's mighty adversary is no bungling creature with horns and tail — he is a prince of lofty stature, of unlimited craft and cunning, able to take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself, able to turn every situation to his own advantage. He is unrelenting and cruel. He is not, however, all-powerful, omniscient or omnipresent.
The Bible declares that God is a Spirit — that He is not limited to body; He is not limited to shape; He is not limited to boundaries or bonds; He is absolutely immeasurable and indiscernible by eyes that can see only physical things. The Bible tells us that because He has no such limitations He can be everywhere at once — that He can hear all, see all, and know all. There is no limit to God. There is no limit to His wisdom.
There is no limit to His power. There is no limit to His love. There is no limit to His mercy.
Some who doubt that the Bible is the true Word of God, doubt it because they are unwilling to ascribe to God anything they cannot themselves achieve.

Ooo ooo, does this mean I get to answer in blasphemy?

Ok, how about this: You should worship Satan. First, like you said, you get benefits now. Also, in the case that Satan and Jesus exist as the only two extremes, Satan has never refused anyone who has turned to him, even if it was not entirely genuine. Jesus might not be so flexible.
