Hi! I wouldn't use slimming pills to be honest, not only are they bad for you half of them don't work!! The best way to loose weight is obviously the boring old exercise way, trust me, I hate it too!! And to speed up your motabolism, eat 5-6 small meals a day, and eat MORE not less otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and store the energy from the food as fat (eventually). If you are looking for a little bit of a cheat, get yourself some Soya Lecithin. You can get it from health food stores, basically it emusifies fat into small molecules thus making it easier to digest so it doesn't eventually rest in places you don't want it too!! And it works!! Don't use other health food store remidies like cider apple vinegar, as this will just cause you to lose water!! I hope this helps??? But seriously, don't waste your money on pill that claim you will lose 4 stones in a week or anything cause they never work!!

I am vehemently against them from my own experience. I took "natural" diet pills once for a couple of months to lose a few pounds. They were working and I was noticing a difference (no miracles, though... and they made me nauseous every single morning) when I suddenly got jaundice... turns out they'd triggered an autoimmune response from my body and were messing up my liver. Now I have to take medication every day just to keep my immune system in check. Needless to say, I regained all I'd lost (which wasn't that much to begin with) and them some!
It's true that not all bodies are created equal so not everyone reacts like this, but my advice would be to stick to the tried-and-true method of good old diet & exercise. From my experience with them, I (obviously) don't recommend them nor think they're safe anymore, especially if you're a new mom. Good luck!
