Isn't that so annoying! I had neighbours friends that did this too, instead of getting out of the car and walking up the path to all for them, they would sit there and honk their horn over and over again until they came out...When you hear them again..go out, open your car door, lean in and keep your hand on the horn until you think they've got the message..say nothing...walk back in your house........

Talk to ur neighbor and ask them politely but in a direct manner that their guests are a cause of irritation to you and others...if the neighbor is understanding, the problem should be able to resolve amicably...n unfortunately if they don't get it, talk to ur residents/subdivision association or contact the local police.

Good luck!

They are rude - homeowners and beepers. Just glare at them. If it gets worse - or REALLY annoying - call the cops. It's harassment. It is interfering with the "peaceful enjoyment" of your home.
