leads people to have a false sense that there is no consequence to abortion? I mean I know alot of people say well, I wouldn't have one but, I don't refuse another person's right to have one and what I am saying is why would you not have one if there was nothing wrong with it? If there is something wrong with it why legalize it?

I pity those who legalized it. I pity those who have it done. I pity those who do it. I also pray for them that they will come to their senses and realize how awful it is. I also pray someday it it will not be legal to get an abortion for any reason.
Abortion is Murder!

It does not matter what the laws of this land say or allow that doesn't make abortion any less murder. There is a higher law than the laws of this land and that law says it is murder. The laws of God say abortion is murder.
“Thou shalt not kill.” Exodus 20:13 in The Holy Bible. That means you shall not purposely and intentionally take someone's life. God gives life and God takes life away. No one else has the right or authority to do either.
Abortion is murder by anyone who participates in it or anyone who has it done. It is basically a license to have sexual relations and not have the responsibility of raising the one aborted. It is murder because the intent is to take a life before it has a chance to complicate the women's lifestyle. It is murder because it is interrupting God's plan, intention and purpose to bring a human life into the world.
Human life begins at conception. In a sense, it begins even before conception because way back in eternity past everyone was created in the mind of God. At that time He decided who would be brought into this world. God brings them forth through conception in the womb.“13For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. 14I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. 15My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. 16Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.” Psalms 139:13-16.
“5Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5.
All life comes from God.
“4The spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.” Job 33:4.
“8But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.” Isaiah 64:8.
“2The rich and poor meet together: the LORD is the maker of them all.” Proverbs 22:2.“10Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us?...” Malachi 2:10A. “24God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 25Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;” Acts 17:24-25.
What more proof do you need that God is behind every conception regardless of the circumstances/situation. Regardless of the circumstances/situation it is God's plan, purpose and intention to bring forth a human into the world. It is God's plan, purpose and intention for people to be born, not aborted. Anyone who interrupts that is committing murder. If God wants a fetus to be aborted, He allows a miscarriage. He has a reason and a purpose, known only to Him, for every miscarriage. That is His privilege and His privilege alone. He started that life and He can end it anytime He chooses. No one else has that authority. If any assumes that authority, they are committing murder. God is sovereign. He knows what He is doing. He does not make any mistakes. Please do not ever have an abortion. If you know someone who is considering it, please warn them that it is out and out murder. Not only is it murder. It is premeditated murder. It is first degree murder. Murder of the worst kind.
Does this make any sense to you? When a pregnant woman is murdered and the unborn baby dies, the murderer is charged with two murders, the pregnant woman and her unborn baby. Yet when an unborn baby is aborted it is not called murder. Why is killing a pregnant woman and her unborn baby any more murder than aborting an unborn baby? You know the answer. Or, why is it any less murder to abort an unborn baby than to kill one with it's mother? You know the answer. You know as well as I do that both are murder.
Anyone who intentionally aborts an unborn baby or assists anyone in doing so also knows it is murder. They are either in denial or they are just plain stupid. The truth of the matter, down deep in their heart/soul/spirit they know it is murder as well as you and I, but they don't care. Money for the abortionist and not being inconvienced for the pregment woman is more important to them than the life of a human being.
If they do not find repentance and forgiveness in the blood Jesus Christ for them, there will be grave eternal consequences for anyone having an abortion and anyone involved in abortion. Pity the eternal legacy of those who do either. Pity the eternal legacy of the law makers who make it possible. Payday someday!

To some it is murder, and there are consequences, as well they consider the fetus in the first and second trimester to have a soul. Most abortions happen in the first and second trimester, most scientists and doctors believe that the fetus does not have thinking capacity during that time.

But to some, it is not murder, to some, it is considered a more positive route. In which in many cases it is, some of these women that have abortions CAN NOT take care of the child. And there are barely any programs out there to help the child once it is born if the mother decides to put it up for adoption.

The idea that abortion is killing is held by mostly religious people, and most people who are without religion consider it not to be murder.

I think people should just legalize it, and keep it legalized, ABORTIONS HAPPEN REGARDLESS. Many illegal abortions result in the mother dying.

In my country, Poland, there is no abortion on demand. There are only three conditions that at least one of them should be fulfilled in order to get abortion. It's all up to the pregnant if they want to do so or not:
1. the pregnancy and/or delivering the baby will be life-threatening for the pregnant woman or will cause severe dysfunctions of her physical or mental health,
2. the fetus or embryo will develop severe genetic dysfunctions and it won't be able to survive, live long or will live in agony after its birth,
3. the woman got pregnant because of rape, enforced prostitution or incest.

According to me, abortion can't be on demand. That would be just crazy! People would just get rid of their children before their birth for stupid reasons! If you can't afford keeping a child, you should get some sort of financial or social support or you can give him/her to somebody who can look after your child. You don't want do have children, fine. But don't take away their rights to live! In case of being pregnant by the sexual criminals... I don't like that you can have the abortion because of that, even if it's going to be tough to deal with the child and explain how he/she came into the world. Still, they also deserve to live!

Besides, there's always a risk of mental scarring and/or severe health complications, especially if it is illegally made. Illegal abortion always means worse conditions of the process!

What do you think of the conditions no. 1 and 2? Let me know.

Abortion is a horrible thing to have to consider. It means that somewhere along the line somebody screwed up. The girl should not have opened her legs and the guy should not have stuck it in. Thing is abortion is a solution to an unwanted pregnancy and whether it is legal or not is not going to stop it. This debate is not about the poor living fetus being discarded, it is about the law. Should a young girl be made to suffer the consequences of one bad decision made at a drinking party, say, or risk getting infected and perhaps dying because 'backalley' abortion is the only option? I say no.

How does it lead them to a false sense that there are no consequences to abortion. You can't even walk into one of those clinics without seeing a million pamphlets discussing every aspect of the decision about to be made. They are not walking blindly into some back alley room with a dirty doctor waiting anxiously. Have you ever even been in an abortion clinic to see what is there? Just in the waiting room. I suggest you do so... instead of making it seem like they are being lead in there and not told anything about what will happen... and what Could happen.

we don't must be for the legalization of abortion by way of fact it extremely is already criminal. I comprehend the argument that the fetus is a individual with rights, yet, permit's be trustworthy, it extremely is a fetus. it won't go through its destruction. i don't in basic terms like the assumption of previous due-term abortion, although, when you consider that there is not lots distinction between very practically-born and a toddler. yet in basic terms by way of fact there's no specific factor the place we are able to declare that it differences right into a individual, that doesn't propose there's no distinction between an early number of cells and a practically totally-shaped toddler. So i think of early-term abortion is okay. previous due-term abortions could desire to be uncommon and controlled so as that they at the instant are not thoroughly arbitrary, however the female could desire to have the potential to return to a call what's sweet with suggestion from docs. As for prostitution, what's incorrect with making a residing from it? Why is it criminal to do it on digital camera for funds, yet not on your individual homestead for funds? that's going to be unlawful to "promote" your self on the line and allow strangers p.c.. you up and be controlled by using a pimp, yet as a registered corporation, as a sort of self-employment, you may desire to have the potential to do it, shouldn't you?

Of course abortion is legal in the U.S. for good reason. And I am not talking about the Roe decision, I am talking about common sense. There is no proof in the Bible or any other source that abortion is the death of a human soul. The bible says that there is no life until the child breaths through the nose. And that is pretty much all that is said in the Bible. All other quotes are not in relation to the soul of the fetus.
If you have some proof that oposes what I have said, why not post it? Of course, you can't because there is no proof that a soul is lost in abortion. And if the fetus is simply a lump of cells, then your mention that there is noting wrong with aboriton is correct.

I don't think that is so at all.

if theres something wrong with it than why legalize it? because its more harmful not to.

like alcohol, banning it only caused more problems than allowing it. if its legal, you can regulate it, and minimize the harm to a certain extent. if its illegal, you can't regulate it.

why would you not have one? what? maybe you actually want the baby? or you feel its wrong? I mean nobody is making you do it....

I don't think most people who think it should be allowed, deny that it has some negative effects. its a big thing when its not EXTREMELY (first trimester) early in the pregnancy. and has big emotional and physical side effects.

but sometimes the harm from that is better than the harm from going through with the pregnancy.

Are you seriously trying to take away the woman's constitutional freedom of choice? You seriously think that a bunch of old men in suits have the right to tell a woman if she can or can't have an abortion?

Consider this, you are a 16 year old female who gets raped and a few months later realize you are pregnant from the man who raped you. Should you still have the baby? Should you (and your parents) still have the right to have an abortion? Do you really think you would be doing the baby a favor by bring him into a world who doesn't want him/her?

Secondly, its not about the morality of abortion, its about the freedom of choice.

It's a massive and pointless debate. Abortion as an issue is implicitly about life and choice. It's about individuals and their self-governance, it's aobut society's appraisal of morality, and it's about conceptions of formative life.
I believe that an early abortion, in accordance with international law, is acceptable. Life is the most precious thing in the universe, but humans must recognise that their life is in essence arbitrary and non-individual up until a point.
A foetus with no coordinated brain activity or senses is an organ. We arent all beautiful godly individuals that are ice cream loving praying thinking people from the moment sperm meets egg. We need to ditch these notions of human primacy, because they extend into bloody territory everywhere else in our world outside the abortion debate.

I believe that every action has a consequence. In the matter of abortion, however, I believe that it is up to the individual woman to consider this while exercising her right to choose. If it is first trimester or necessary to save the life of the mother, then it is not my call to make.
