You don't ask her out or interfere with her relationship. Put yourself in her boyfriend's shoes; how would you feel if someone had asked your girlfriend out and that person knew perfectly well that she was with you. It'd make you angry. If you care about her, step back.

Been in situations like that inadvertently several times (did not know she was involved,) and let me assure you it can really get ugly when he finds out. Stop obsessing about this one; if you value your life, STAY AWAY and find someone else. There will always be someone else.

this is tough because she has a b/f it wouldnt really be right for you to ask her out until they break up...i guess first and for most you must know if she really isnt into her b/f and is willing to break up with him
