Yes

Oven Drying
a) Place fruit directly on racks or first spread 100 percent cotton sheet or cheesecloth over oven racks.
b) Preheat oven to 145 degrees, propping door open with wooden spoon to allow steam to escape.
c) Allow 4 to 12 hours to dry the fruit.
d) Food should be dry but pliable when cool. Test a few pieces to see if the batch is ready

How to Make Candied Fruit
(If desired, you can dehydrate candied fruit by spreading thin layers on trays and drying for 12-18 hours at 120 degrees F until fruit is no longer sticky and the center has no moisture.)

preheat the oven at 350 degree and than later after 20 minutes you can put the fruit into a gas oven for another 15 minutes. After taking it out put it in Microwave and heat the button "Bake" so Microwave will work as to dehydrate it and makes it dry.You can also use a sulfur dioxide.

sure
Personally, I like the dried mixed berries, followed by apples, and the dried grapes (raisins). Many of the cherries are nice, but they get really tiresome after a bag or two. Then again, I tend to take a bit and hold it in a cheek for a while to really get the flavors out of it.

Haven't tried the dried mango yet.
