Don't worry! Anything that can stretch to 10cm can bounce back - maybe not immediately but eventually. More important is doing your pelvic floor exercises to help it get back in shape after birth and also to prevent 'leakage' when you sneeze or cough.

Don't worry about it. It's a good idea to do some pelvic floor exercises when you've recovered from the birth, just to help your bowel and womb back into shape. Those will take care of toning the whole area. Don't try and be all things to all people too quickly. Everything will be fine if you do the exercises and don't rush it; take care of yourself and build up your strength, first.

Mine hasn't really, but i was so scared it would! Saving that i had an episiotomy so probably didn't stretch as much as some people who don't tear at all. Just do lots of pelvic floor exercises and youll be fine. Lots of sex as soon as you can manage it is good too ive heard coz it exercises the muscles

It does abit.. pelvic floor exercises are a must after child birth. I've had 3 kids and my husband says he doesn't really notice any difference.

It's not that bad especially if you're young and it's your first child, you'll go back to as you were. Besides you can always train your inner pelvic muscles for tightness and control!

no tit doesn't lose any tightness...it may be a little loose directly following childbirth but if you wait the 6 weeks to have sex and do kegel exercises there is no difference...my boyfriend says he cant feel any difference and we have 3 kids all born vaginally.

the vagina is made up of muscles not just skin that stretches. if you do your kegel exercises to keep your inside muscles strong and healthy, you will be fine. talk to your physician if you are concerned. he will clear up any questions you may have. that is what he is there for.

No that is not true at all.
Youre made the way God intended, to give birth to children and your body is equipped and designed to function accordingly.
