Are you looking for business coverage or employee group health? Try the NASE, National Association for the Self Employed. Get online and check them out. Make sure you tell them on the site that you're interested in having someone call you about insurance as a member (it's discounted to members and they have great benefits!!!!). That will get you started.

You'll have to go to a local agent - you have to buy it from someone licensed in your state.

A business policy for a pizza shop, NOT counting coverage for the building, will probably run you about $1200 a year, not counting workers comp.

That's if you have NO deep fryers, seating for ten or less, and no safety/fire issues. If you have a deep fryer, you'll need to show a maintenance contract on the ansul system that you have to have, right over it.

contact your agent for personal insurance. If they don't sell that kind see if they can recommend someone who does. If that doesn't work, ask family and friends for recommendations.
